ACT’s COVID-19 vaccine online booking system experiences technical problems | ABC News

The ACT government’s new COVID-19 vaccine online booking system is experiencing problems, just hours after it was launched as part of Canberra’s expanding vaccination program.

The MyDHR (Digital Health Record) system was designed to make it straightforward for Canberrans to book in for a jab, but users reported problems with the booking system just hours after it went live. A spokesperson for ACT Health Minister Rachel Stephen-Smith confirmed the system had problems recognising Medicare numbers.

A second vaccination clinic opened today at Calvary Public Hospital, offering AstraZeneca vaccines to all Canberrans aged over 50, as part of phase 2a of the national vaccine rollout.
