Alabama coach Nick Saban and athletic director Greg Byrne tested positive for the coronavirus on Wednesday, the school announced, three days before the second-ranked Crimson Tide’s showdown with No. 3 Georgia.
Upon receiving the news, both went home to isolate, while those considered high-risk contacts were notified.
“At this time, I do not have any symptoms relative to COVID, and I have taken another PCR test to confirm my diagnosis,” the 68-year-old Saban said in a statement….
